The aim of the Newton Research Collaboration Programme is to support international exchanges between UK engineering researchers and their peers in Newton Fund partner countries. The scheme provides funding to support the travel, accommodation and subsistence costs of the participating researchers at a rate of up to £2,000 per month of exchange visit. Exchanges can last 3-12 months, be either one or two way in direction, and must form part of a collaborative research project. The Industry Academia Partnership Programme supports bilateral industry-academia mobility between to enhance engineering education, innovation and research outcomes in Newton Fund partner countries. The scheme provides funding of up to £50,000 to support the travel, subsistence and salary support costs related to conducting collaborative activities between industry and academic partners. The programme supports collaborative projects of up to 24 months within any field of engineering. Participating partner countries in this call: Thailand. Deadline for applications: 1 August 2016
